Beautiful Card Designs Made Easy

February 13, 2015

Friday Freebie 046

Hi Everybody,

This card today is in a lovely shade of peppermint green teamed with crisp white and it looks very fresh indeed.

It would suit any birthday and if you leave off the bows it would be just right for the men in your life.

I have used the Trendy and Simple Collection and this particular one is Contemporary Strip

The Sentiment is in a swirly handwriting and this is Sentiments Three  and I keep all my sentiments dies in a box on my desk so that they are always on hand

So maybe this is a card that you would like to win and if you do then all you have to do is leave me a comment.

The name will be drawn from the hat in the morning and the winner announced on that days Blog post.

Don't forget to come back and check if it is you as you only have 48 hours to claim it.

More tomorrow ...

Hugs xx

  36. Hi Christinathink this is the first time i have mad a comment on one of you blogs, but I love watching your video tutorials, make it look so easy.
I have been making cards, along with my two daugters, but just using stamps from various designers, Clarity and Lavinia being my favourites. We recently turned to die-cutting and have a few Spellbinder and Memory Box dies.

Yesterday I found your tutorial on the Pleated card and although I don't have the die you used, I have the Lacey Ovals, so thought I would have a try to make the card. It took me all evening to get the pleated circle right, and I still have to complete the card, but I would like to send it to put on your Gallery when it is finished. I tried to make the felt flowers, but I think my felt is too thick and they didn't turn out very well, so I am going to try a different flower.

I would love to win the card you made today, love the simplicity of the design.
